Technical support analyst

A technical support analyst, also known as a computer support specialist is a person who is a problem solver.

These are the type of people who you look for when your computer crashes or has a software-related problem.

Based on the fact that computer tech issues such as a crashed operating system occur unexpectedly, many computer support specialists don’t work the regular 9-to-5 jobs. 

All that is required to become a tech-support analyst is to have a computer-related bachelor’s degree or have an associate’s degree, based on your employer requirements. Technical support analyst earns around $51,000 per year. 

Information Security Analyst

These are the people who are hired by a company to safeguard the information systems of the company.

They provide cybersecurity services to help catch internet hackers or cyber-thieves. 

To become an Information security analyst, most employers seek people who have a university degree in programming or a cyber-security related field.  As an Information security analyst, expect to earn $90,000 per year.
